Sneakerwolf has focused on the deformed calligraphy (Edo script) that originated in the 18th century, one of the traditional cultures of Japan, where he has his roots, and has created a completely new original Japanese graffiti art called “Kanji-Graphy Kanji-Graphy”, a completely new and original Japanese graffiti artwork. The popularity of this series of works has led to solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Paris, and Korea, as well as collaborations and artwork for brands such as NIKE, ASICS, CHAMPION, and BAPE.
In addition to the works exhibited in “Samurai Graffiti” at Brooklyn DSGN Gallery last November, we will exhibit new works such as “Calligraphic Abstraction.
